Formal software development engagements are governed by separate project agreements, statements of work, or contracts signed between you and Devarps.

Devarps provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, backend and API services, CMS solutions, and related digital consulting services. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, admin areas, or APIs.
• Scrape or automate access in ways that degrade site performance.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

4. Intellectual Property

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the signed project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of custom software built specifically for them upon full payment.

5. Proposals & Estimates

Quotes, timelines, and scope descriptions provided through our website forms or discovery calls are estimates based on information available at the time. Final terms are confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business information shared during discussions as confidential. Devarps offers NDAs upon request before detailed project scoping.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devarps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to website use is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or GHS 0 if no paid engagement exists.

8. Disclaimer

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the site is for general purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless otherwise agreed in a signed project contract.
