We're a team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers based in Accra, Ghana. Every project runs through people who have shipped real products, solved real infrastructure problems, and built for the specific constraints of the African market.

Samuel Richard Bunnah
Founder & CEO
Samuel founded Devarps with a clear conviction: that businesses across Ghana and West Africa deserved the same quality of software engineering that well-funded startups in London or San Francisco take for granted. He leads the company's product strategy, client relationships, and engineering direction.
His background spans full-stack development, SaaS architecture, and building software products tailored to the realities of the African market — including GRA-compliant payroll systems, MTN Mobile Money integrations, and high-performance platforms designed for variable connectivity. Samuel is the driving force behind Devarps's own product portfolio, including ParmLedger and Parmlog.
When he's not building, he's thinking about what African businesses actually need from their software — and how to make it 10× easier to get there.
