## Challenge

Virtual conferences often crash when thousands of users join a keynote simultaneously. The client needed a platform that could support 50,000 concurrent viewers with live chat.

## Solution

We leveraged AWS IVS (Interactive Video Service) for ultra-low latency streaming. We built the chat system on Firebase Realtime Database to handle massive message throughput without server overload.
