## Summary

Cloud-based learning management system for universities. Handles course distribution, grading, and student analytics.

**Highlights:**
- Students: 10k+
- Courses: 500+

## Challenge

The university's legacy system crashed whenever more than 500 students tried to take an exam simultaneously. They needed a cloud-native solution that could auto-scale during finals week.

## Solution

We re-architected the backend using Microservices on Kubernetes. We separated the Exam Engine from the Content Engine, allowing the exam servers to scale up independently during peak loads. We also added Redis caching for instant quiz loading.

## Results

- **Concurrent Users:** 10k+
- **Downtime:** 0%
- **Cost Savings:** 30%
- **Courses:** 500+

## Tech stack

Kubernetes · Go (Golang) · React · AWS S3 · Redis
